The Round Norfolk Relay has been 'running' for 20 years and attracts clubs and groups of runners from all over the UK. These webpages tell the story of the first entry by a team from Tri_anglia.
Visit the official site in order to catch up on those 20 years of history!

In essence the race is a 17 stage relay involving both road and offroad sections. It is run continuously, starting and ending at Kings Lynn and routed as much as possible along the border of Norfolk. Teams specify their likely times for each stage, and start-times are arranged to attempt to have everyone finish at approx 9.00 AM on the Sunday.
The race is unlike anything else- with a nightmare of logistics to consider in organising runners, cycle support for day-time off-road sections and car support throughout- driving directly behind the runners during the hours of darkness.
